  • to take responsibility for food choices in pursuit of optimal health, which is why I primarily use ingredients from plants, and do not use any white sugar, white flour, or dairy.

My vegetarian cooking uses the best available organic ingredients, and follows a very creative approach to VEGETARIANISM and vegan cooking. My focus is on taste and health.
